ONE TO ONE COACHING
One to one Coaching is by far the most popular service available. I offer a range of personal training packages to suit all needs and requirements. All packages ensure that both your nutrition and training is taken care of. You will be provided with bespoke training and nutrition plans to promote your progress. With weekly check-ins as well as your weekly sessions, you can be sure you will get all of the support you require to help you achieve your goals.
BRONZE MEMBERSHIP - £171 PER MONTH
1 one-one training session per week (Typically lasts around 1 hour/session)
Nutritional assessment & guidance from a MNU Certified Nutritionist
