i've never used a gym before, can i still work with you?
Yes, but I would strongly advise you take up a face to face package of some kind. In order for an online training plan to work, you need to have a certain level of understanding within the gym & wouldn’t get the most out of the service.
I’ve never tracked calories or macros before. Can you still help me?
Yes, I'll show you how to track everything & get a better understanding of calories & macronutrients. My aim is to provide you with skills & knowledge that you can use for life. This isn’t just “another diet plan” where the weight goes back on once you stop it.
Will i get a meal plan?
No. However, I will provide you with meal examples. If you prefer following a meal plan, I can teach you how to write your own based on your lifestyle & preferences.
I’m a vegetarian/vegan can I still work with you?
Yes, I work with any dietary requirements, allergies & intolerances.
I train at home can i still get your help?
I have an injury/illness can I still work with you?
Before working with you, I will go through a full questionnaire to make sure that I am working within my scope of practice & you can get the most from the programme.
how long will it take to get results?
Fat loss happens quicker than muscle growth but the speed of your results will vary depending on your level of commitment, adherence, time constraints & your starting position in relation to your goal.

I have a busy job and work away a lot, will I have enough time?
Yes. My role as Personal Trainer is to create a plan that fits around you & your lifestyle. All you need is an internet connection.
what kind of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of different individuals with different backgrounds from office workers to teachers, busy mums, pre-personal trainers, doctors and athletes.
how do you take payments?
Payments are charged monthly through a secure payment system called GoCardless, IZettle or bank transfer. At no point will I ask you to provide us with any of your personal account details.
are there terms and conditions?
Yes, I want to ensure both you & myself are well protected. These will be provided as part of the application process.
how often will i get to speak to you?
Every single week.
will i have to take loads of supplements?
No. I will recommend supplements based on your goals & lifestyle but our aim is to stop you wasting money on supplements you don’t need.
