The 60 Day Challenge is for those who wish to have a focused period of time for their training and nutrition. I provide coaching, accountability and support, but most importantly I provide a structured nutritional education program to help equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to manage your nutrition beyond the 60 days.
I know that it’s impossible to be ‘perfect’ with your training and nutrition; that is why it's not the expectation with this challenge. Unless you’re planning to step onto a bodybuilding stage, there is no need to be perfect.
You will need a high-level of consistency in the right areas but there is certainly some wiggle room to still enjoy the foods you love, socialise with friends and family without being the ‘boring’ one, who is on a diet.
My approach is about making positive changes that are achievable and embedding positive habits into your lifestyle which you can continue with after the challenge.
The training piece is important but don’t worry, I have you covered there. Whether you train in the gym or at home, I am ready to support you. I however know from experience that for most people, what happens beyond the gym is where they run into obstacles which prevent them from achieving their fitness related goals.
I want to help you to break through these obstacles and provide you with the tools to continue strong beyond the 60 days. This is not a ‘quick fix’ programme. We do not promise miracles. It is a tried and tested program that is evidence based but also applied in a practical way.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TRAIN EACH WEEK?
I require you to complete a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Below this frequency we have found it difficult to achieve the desired results.
WHAT EXPERIENCE LEVEL DO I NEED TO BE FOR THE TRAINING PROGRAMME
I do not recommend the challenge to those with no previous gym experience. The reason for this is that I believe individuals at this level would benefit more from in-person coaching compared to coaching online. A basic level of competence with exercise technique and understanding of movements is expected to maximise the results from the training programme.
DO I NEED TO TRACK CALORIES?
Yes this is a requirement at some point as we believe it to be a great way of educating people on their nutritional intake.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?
This is completely individual and will vary from person to person if weight loss is the goal. A guideline I aim for is to achieve 0.5-1% of your bodyweight (kg) per week on average.
WHAT METRICS DO YOU USE TO TRACK PROGRESS?
I use a range of girth measurements and bodyweight to track objective based numbers. If you have access to some form of body composition measuring tool then that may also be used. Combining both objective numbers along with subjective measures such as energy levels, mood and photos helps provide various way to track progress.
I WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE, IS THIS CHALLENGE FOR ME?
Yes, whether your goal is to build muscle or to lose fat, I will provide you with the education around how to manipulate your training and nutrition to support this.
